Plain English summary: We collect only what we need to run the product. We never sell your data. We never share it with advertisers. Your sprint data, tasks, and ticketing content belong to you. You can export or delete it at any time.
RADAR9 ("we", "us", "our") is a sprint management product operated by Ankush Vats, based in India. If you have any questions about this policy, reach us at chief@radar9.tech.
We collect data in two ways: what you give us, and what is generated when you use the product.

We do not currently use any third-party analytics or tracking tools on the landing page. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and notify existing users.
We use your data for the following purposes and nothing else:
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not train AI models on your content.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Period.
We may share data only with service providers who help us run the product (e.g., hosting, email delivery, payment processing). These providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
We may also disclose data if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
If you connect your Google account, we access your Google Calendar data solely to sync time blocks between RADAR9 and your calendar. We request only the permissions necessary for this feature. We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, or any other Google service. You can disconnect your Google account at any time from your RADAR9 settings, and we will stop accessing your calendar data immediately.
Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and encryption at rest. Access to user data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
No system is 100% secure. While we take every reasonable precaution, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data, we will notify you within 72 hours.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and content within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it (e.g., payment records for tax compliance).
Waitlist email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or the waitlist period ends.

RADAR9 is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us at chief@radar9.tech and we will delete it promptly.
RADAR9 is operated from India. If you access the product from outside India, your data may be transferred to and processed in India. By using RADAR9, you consent to this transfer. We take steps to ensure your data is protected regardless of where it is processed.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the product. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of RADAR9 after changes means you accept the updated policy.
