Plain English summary: Use RADAR9 responsibly. Your content is yours. The software is provided as-is — we do our best to keep it running and reliable, but we cannot guarantee it will be perfect or uninterrupted. You are responsible for how you use the tool and the decisions you make based on it.
By accessing or using RADAR9 ("the Product"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Product. RADAR9 is operated by Ankush Vats ("we", "us", "our"), based in India.
These Terms apply to all users: free, paid, and enterprise. If your company signs a separate enterprise agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence where it conflicts with these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use RADAR9. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are using RADAR9 on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at chief@radar9.tech.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for abusive purposes.
Everything you create in RADAR9 — sprints, tasks, time box entries, tickets, notes, and any other content — belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
By using the Product, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We will not use your content for any other purpose (including training AI models, advertising, or sharing with third parties) without your explicit consent.
You are responsible for the content you create. Do not use RADAR9 to store or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

RADAR9 offers free and paid plans as described on our pricing page. Features and limits may differ between plans.
Free plan: May be subject to usage limits. We reserve the right to modify free plan features with reasonable notice.
Paid plans: Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges at the applicable rate. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
Early access pricing: Early users receiving free access to paid tiers will be notified at least 30 days before any charges begin. You will never be charged without prior notice and your explicit consent.
We strive to keep RADAR9 available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Product may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control (server outages, network issues, force majeure events).
We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.
RADAR9 is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
You use RADAR9 at your own risk. We do not warrant that the Product will meet your specific requirements or that any defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ankush Vats and RADAR9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000 (whichever is greater).
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ankush Vats and RADAR9 from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
RADAR9, including its code, design, branding, documentation, and all related materials, is the intellectual property of Ankush Vats. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.
Your content remains yours. Our intellectual property remains ours.
RADAR9 integrates with third-party services (e.g., Google Calendar, payment processors). Your use of these integrations is subject to those services' own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.
If you use the RADAR9 public API, you agree to use it responsibly. We may impose rate limits to ensure fair usage. Abuse of the API (excessive requests, data scraping beyond permitted use, or attempts to circumvent rate limits) may result in API access being revoked.
By you: You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days (see our Privacy Policy for details).
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or if we are required to do so by law. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Product at least 15 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of RADAR9 after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
If you disagree with the changes, you may stop using the Product and delete your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of RADAR9 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to contact us at chief@radar9.tech and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of RADAR9. They supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings.
